  1. Allllrrrrrright Crossfit For Kenya,, this will be my First Everrrr morning work out, hopefully I won’t faceplant into the floor for Kenya! But it’s a great cause and I’m down!!! I actually did a lot of school projects on Kenya growing up and it’s always fascinated me, so here I go, with one eye open and all!!!!

    I am so proud to belong to a gym that would willingly and enthusiastically grab hold of this challenge! Your support of other Crossfitters and other causes always makes smile, but especially today when the Crossfitter in need is one of my own.
