CrossFit at the Park

Yesterday was our 5th year in operation, and today we are going back to our roots at Queen E. playground for some Hopper-style fun! Join us at 10am at 31 Lynch St. And make sure to bring LOTS of water.

Workout drawn was:

3 rounds
10 Burpees
200m Run
20 Good Mornings
15 Dips
15 Pushups
400m Run

*Partner A completes the move, while Partner B rests. Both do the runs at the same time.
