COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 8

Do the days feel longer? Not just the amount of sunlight. Like the hours are just crawling by. Holy!

We have a kid that likes to repeat the same word for many, many minutes. Makes getting work done at home very challenging.

What have your biggest challenges been? How can we help?

For those with workout consistency issues – schedule an appointment like you would for your usual class, set up a reminder in your phone for 30 min before, and get the workout done. Set a goal for how many days/week you’d like to hit and go from there. Send me or any coach a message and we’ll hold you to it.

    “Hold it” WOD
    5 min handstand hold, 25 air squats ea time I drop out
    Handstand holds: 1.5 min, 1 min, 1 min, 1.5 min
    = 3 rounds of 25 air squats

    Really liked this one! Plus I got to crank the tunes for the first time (boyfriend didn’t work night shift, so wasn’t sleeping).

    Music plus a little pre-WOD coffee got me floss dancing after each air squat round.. 💃🏽

    (Clean at 145 is a PR for me) 🥳

    10 Rounds for time

    100 single unders
    10 Burpees
    10 Butterfly sit ups
    10 Push ups
    10 Air Squats
    10 Supermans

    Goblet Squats @35#
    DB power cleans @35#
    DB hop overs
    RKBS @35#
    Situps
    Rest
    Didn’t keep track of reps, just kept moving.
    Made a grave mistake taking the 35# DBs 🤦‍♀️
