I want to thank everyone that sent our letter to officials yesterday. The fact that they even mentioned it on air means they know how we feel, they’re just not listening.

In the meantime, we’ll continue with our workouts in the park! We’re seriously having a great time, people are pushing themselves a little harder, and it’s great to see some smiling (and groaning) faces. Please join us at Bessborough Park this week.

    5 burpees
    10 push-ups (knees)
    15 sit ups (abmat = rolled up towel)
    20 squats
    = 11:15

    “The Slow Walk”
    Held over head w both arms straight – 15# KB
    Walked 1000m
    Arms down 6 times = 18 down ups

    “Clam Digging”
    15 clamshells (R)
    12 single leg glute bridge (R)
    15 clamshells (L)
    12 single leg glute bridge (L)
    – did 5 rounds for quality
