If you haven’t watched the video about the new gym protocols, here it is –

With yesterday’s announcement about Zone 5, it’s even more important to emphasize that if you travel out of province, isolate for 14 days and do not come to the gym.

And please, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me. I want to make sure everyone feels safe.

I’m pumped! I cannot wait to see everyone and hear you grunt and whine while doing your workouts.
