One week – wow! If you have children at home, I bet it feels like longer. Lord knows it has here. I look forward to 8pm every night (even more than before).
I got to help another owner in the States set up their online training. I’m by no means an expert, but I’m happy to help any way I can.
Speaking of online training, I’ve seen more basements in the last week than I ever have. So many of you guys made little workout nooks.
Movie night didn’t happen. She bailed on me. Said she had “a little cough”. Pfft. Whatever.

Haha, Great post Kevin. It’s true this week has felt very long, on a good note I have been able to get many things done, I’ve been extremely busy with trying to figure out the best way to teach mechanics from a distance to a group of younger adults, that are most likely treating this like a mini vacation. Trying to get my fitness in as well.
We are trying to keep things normal at home for the kids as well.
