    A) Bulgarian split squat
    3 sets of 8 reps/leg (16″ table) – unweighted

    B) 2 rounds:
    21 lunges – unweighted
    21 single arm bent over row (R) – 15# KB
    21 globlet squats – 15# KB
    21 single arm bent over row (L) – 15# KB
    21 dips – 16″ table, bent knees
    Time = 7:41 Good one!
    1st round – all unbroken
    2nd round – lunges & squats unbroken, 2 sets ea for rows + dips

    “Puppy Dog Trails”
    AMRAP in 20 min
    2-4-6-8… adding 2 reps ea round
    burpees
    squats
    mtn climbers (2-ct)
    situps
    16 rounds + 3 burpees
    – all unbroken, burpees + sit-ups were slow
