Here we go, day 1 of our outdoor workouts. We’ll test it out today to see how it goes. If all goes well, we’ll spread a few more out during the week, and maybe even in various locations!

    16 lunges (not weighted)
    20 single leg glutei bridges (10/leg)
    – did this WOD as a warm up before 10:45 am outdoor class

    10:45 AM outdoor class in gym parking lot:
    100m run,10 squats,10 down ups
    200m run, 20 squats, 20 down ups
    400 m run, 40 squats, 40 down ups
    200m run, 20 squats, 20 down ups
    100m run, 10 squats, 10 down ups

    “Lower Deck”
    AMRAP in 20 min:
    200m run
    1 min plank – all unbroken
    = 7 rounds (15 sec over time)

    “Barbed Wire”
    3 rounds
    10 leg levers
    20 mtn climbers
    30 flutter kicks (2-ct)
    40 situps – slow going!
    30 flutter kicks (2-ct)
    20 mtn climbers
    10 leg levers
    * Rest 3 min b/n rounds (thank you!)
    = 19:14
