I’ve had some time to think about what we offer. It’s more than just a gym. And it’s more than just fitness. I did some brainstorming, and settled on these three things – Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset. And all of that is delivered through coaching.

We started using Level Method to assess your fitness. So I’ve been creating questionnaires and roadmaps to help determine your weakness in other areas. It’s been a lot of work, and I still have a long way to go, but I’m excited for how it will help people. Stay tuned.
