      12 Ground to Overhead (15# KB) – clean & press
      24 Shoulder Taps
      = 17:08 Quite liked this one! All movements unbroken. Nice steady pace.

      “Bill Collector” for time;
      27 – 21 – 15 – 9
      Air squats
      Box steps (20″)
      * 1 min plank after each round (all unbroken)
      = 11:17 good one!

      “Jump it up” for time, 3 rounds:
      20 Jumping jacks
      15 Tuck jumps
      10 Box steps (20″)
      = 4:21

      “Yodel Ay Hee Hoo” 4 rounds for time:
      50 Mtn climbers (2 ct)
      35 Flutter kicks (2 ct)
      20 Pushups (from 20″ box)
      = 13:06
