    30 sec Plank (unbroken) – felt like a rest 🙂
    6 rounds + 3 lunges

    “Margaritaville”3 rounds for quality
    20 One Arm Bent Over Row (R) – 15#KB
    20 Russian Twists 20 – 15#KB, both feet off floor 🙂
    One Arm Bent Over Row (L) – 15#KB
    20 Pushups – pilates band floor presses
    Really liked this one. Lots of heat in the body. Glad it was for Quality and not for time.
