While the gym isn’t opening soon, we did get to pick a family bubble. We had a fun day with the neighbours at Crooked Creek, Ha Ha Cemetery, and Cape Enrage.

    15# KB…loved this movement!
    B) 2 rounds for time: 25 burpees, 25 downups (gross)
    = 9:11

    For time: 50 KB clean & jerk
    Did single arm 15# KB C&J, switched every 10
    = 4:20

    1 power clean

    50 DB/KB Clean and Jerks (@20#DBs)
    Time: 4:05
    5km ruck
