    50-40-30-20-10 Step-ups (L+R=1) 17.5 inches
    *10 burpees after each round
    Time: 13:51
    33 Birthday burpees

  2. A simple twenty …

    Max reps in 20 min
    1,2,3,4,5…reps
    1x air squat
    1x push-up (16” table)
    1x sit-up
    Adding 1 rep to ea movement til 20 min done.

    Completed 14 reps of each plus 1 air squat. Not sure what the total rep is… 🤔
    Too tired to do the math. Need Shane!

    Re did the CrossFit WOD#1 just to see if I could do better
    First time 244 Reps
    Today 254 Reps
    Both with 35# dumbbell

    WOD 2

    Floor press
    5 sets of 5 reps
    75-95-115-135-155

    Bent over barbell row
    3 sets of 10 reps
    *Hold the top of each rep for at least 2 seconds.
