Sally the dog ran away last night. She was missing for a good hour, but luckily a man walking his dog came across her. That was quite the scare!

I was also brought to tears numerous times from reading people’s ‘whys’ on the FB group yesterday. You guys are the reason we’re still here. You are the KEY that’s keeping CFM open.

    I did one mistake, I did 100 single-unders between the KB swings, extra fitness I guess.

    Also got a new PR today, 7 kipping T2B in a row during the warm up. Yeaaaaa 💪
