Couch to CrossFit 2017

    (Not sure if initial lift counted as 1 or not? so might of only did 4?)

    For 10 minutes, accumulate as much time as possible in an L-sit.
    Legged mostly tucked under. started with 10 sec hold, 10 sec rest, then on to 10 sec, 20 sec rest.

    TIME: 3:55
