    4 Rounds
    -25 air squats
    -25 push ups
    -25 ruck press flutter kicks (2 count)
    – 25 ruck swings for 1st round oh press for 2nd and 3rd rounds high pull from hang for last round

    1st round had rx push ups and the rest were from the knees Time> 20:50

    5 Mile ruck afterwards in 1:48:44
