    With the exception of my first few steps down the ramp and at the turn around in the later rounds, my main “rule” with myself was just don’t walk. Came out a little too hot in the first couple rounds but tried to hold my pace. Goal was sub 30 and just made it. Jeff pushed me on the one!

    I’m not sure what my time was. I think it was around 33 minutes. I’m just happy it’s over. I think I was mentally weak today. I need to work on that. Next time I need to not walk! Good race with cara. Even though I lost:(

    That was one of the toughest workouts i have done in awhile! Round 3, I began negotiations with my body on when we would scale the runs! Mentally, I had to go deep. I guess that’s why we do hero workouts.
