    600m Run x 4
    20 Push-ups x 4
    400m Run (to end off the last min!)
    Didn’t meet the time cap was short by 1:15min on the total hold time.

    1:18 for some reason I thought I only had to do 1:18 for a total of 5:00, I’m sure I could have held a little longer, when I discovered it was for 6:00, I hopped on the bar for another 1:00

    I think it’s my first time doing this. Hangs were tough. Pushups felt awesome (12+10+4+4)

    30 push-ups – sets of 5 reps
    *35 min cap
    Time – 37:32 (ish)… had 15 PU of my last set @ time cap

    My running felt good but my PUs got slow… good workout but not my best

    Next time – 1:45/1:15/1:00/1:00/1:00 (can’t do more than 5 sets to finish)

    Don’t remember my exact time per round, but they varied between 1:00 and 1:30

    35 min exactly timed the last hang (4 rounds of runs and push ups)

    The running was the best part.

    So stupid… just couldn’t hold on in that fourth set!

    Time was …28:40 or 29 something.

    2:13 ran 800 and did 10 push-ups. Did not finish because I got a major throbbing headache on the left side.
