    We did 53# KBS
    Knee raises and gave Em all hell on the burpees
    Even smashing my bad knee all over the abmat for the lunges
    We finished with a staggering 21:09. I might have slowed del down I would’ve been happy to slow down one of the girls but they made their secret partner pact the night before via Facebook. I’m gonna have to get updated on this technology
