We mostly split reps in sets of 10s until the KBS, after mostly sets of 5. That leg burn on the first set back to the box… Extra effort on good form to keep the back from giving out, things went well.
Did a wod at YQM with my friend Ashley.
Teams of 4:
80 Wall balls (14#, 9ft)
80 KB swings (35#)
80 Power cleans (65#)
80 Push Press (65#)
80 Deadlifts (65#)
80 Situps
80 Thrusters (65#) (these were delightful!!)
80 overhead weighted lunges (25# plate)
Partners 1 & 2 are working on the movements above while partner 3 does 10 burpees, and partner 4 does a 250m row. When the 250m row is done, partners 1 & 2 switch with partners 3 & 4… The pair that are doing the burpees/row alternate each time there is a switch.
I don’t know what our time was… Somewhere around 30 minutes. I only noticed that much because I was surprised it didn’t take us an hour.
Fun and different. I was way out of my comfort zone, which is something we all need to do sometimes and I’m glad I went 🙂
