I’m going to hear two different stories when the gym opens.

The first: All these workouts feel hard. I didn’t do anything when the gym was closed and now everything feels heavier. Even burpees are slow.

The second: I am so glad I kept up with my workouts while the gym was closed. I may not have made progress, but I didn’t lose much either. It won’t be long before everything feels great again.

Which outcome would you like to say down the road?
