      For shin issues, always spend some time working them before ANY workout regardless of the movements. Also stretch your calves after every word. Shin issues suck but they’re manageable. Nice work!

    Lost most time on the wall balls, middle set of singles hit me hard, was doing great until then, KB swings felt surprisingly light considering how tired I was… Good job noon crew!!

    Like Mario most of my time lost was on wall balls broken in sets of 5. Box Jumps were a bit slow too. KBS were sets of 10. I didn’t really have a plan for skipping, got some runs of 150 and 100 so pretty happy with that.

    Wod rx+ used 70# kettle bell 24:36 I think.
    4 min slower than last time, but my legs were a wreck everything seemed painful alot of tension on my right knee. Almost stopped half way through but too stubborn for that, and it’s a good Wod!

      Time of the day is another factor to consider. Also, last time you did this you probably were in your first week of a nutritional challenge πŸ™‚ Many things to consider when comparing. You worked hard and by doing so you’re making progress regardless of your score.

    This was really fun! I need to work on my technique for wall balls. I forgot all about burpees and noticed when I was on the box jump so I fit them back in there before KBS.
