    Chin ups were just crappy
    Wall balls 10-10-5-5-5-5 (I hate the 10 foot target)
    Kbs I was slow cause of my shoulder (sets of 10s and 5s)

    Definitely could of been faster, but happy with the workout. Fun one.

    Fun workout. I was jumping too high on my single skips and that taxed me a bit.

    Did 29/40 box step ups at time cap.

    I had a hard time with Push Ups (WTF?), all the skipping took forever and lots of sand flying from the 16# wall ball through me completely off on this one. Will need to do it again after the Spartan race this weekend
