    50 KBS (50/35) 15,15,10,10
    60 Situps – Steady no breaks
    70 Burpees – Steady no breaks

    I think I partitioned the pull-ups better this year which made up most of the difference and also I knew I was just ahead of Remi which prevented me from taking a break lol

    70 Burpees – mostly Steady but stopped at 35 and 60 for about 5 to 10 seconds

    50-60-70 (that’s a new PR for me)

    Alternating tabata:
    Mountain climbers
    Sit ups

    Loving this class! Nothing like lifting heavy shit with good people!! πŸ™‚

    PR of 7 seconds – very suprised…burpees were painfully slow…still getting over Cuba hangover.
    my best time was 19:52 back in 2014
