    3% improvement.

    Mario/Cleans: 225-245-255-265#
    Krissie/Jerks: 85-95-100-105#(x) … (which she got 3 mins after, new PR)
    Total = 365#

    That went surprisingly well for me on the clean, very smooth (PR is 270).

    (I’m on a self-imposed rest week and promised myself I wouldn’t check the site and then sneak in to do a wod but now I’m really glad I’m weak and looked because the video makes up for my lack of discipline!!)

    Should have gone much harder for the 1st 1800m, had way too much energy for the last 200.
    Note to future Gabe: Try about 1:55 pace and maintain it the whole way.
