    What are shoot throughs?

    1. They’re on the paralettes. You do a push-up, then shoot your legs through, do a dip, shoot your legs back through. That’s 1.

    Everything felt good! It was easy to feel good doing my light rehab stuff while watching everyone else suffer! By the way my dear Crossfit Fredericton friends, it seems as though all Crossfit coaches are the same, PURE EVIL!!!! Ha Ha! Thanks for having us Kevin!

    Kevin I found an exercise video online for shoot throughs that looks different than what you described, but will be doable for me here at the hotel so I’m going to be doing that… I’ll show you the online version when I get back to the gym at the end of the week. I will post a bit later…

    Thanks to everyone for the kind words regarding the Cert as well 🙂 I’m so glad I did it and encourage anyone who’s considering it to go for it!

    My Tabata was modified because of hip flexor pain my lowest round total was 10.

    My first Fran time was 9:27 (jumping pulls ups and 45lbs bar)

    Fight gone bad score 161 using an 18 inch box jump, 8lb med ball, 55lb bar for SDHP, 20Lb dumb bells for push press, and of course burpees instead of rowing. This was a tough one considering the burpees and the weight increase on the SDHP and the push press. Kevin and Pierre were the two top dogs on Fight Gone Bad for the whole group! Go Crossfit Moncton!

    wow this was a tough one for me! overhead weight movements are my Goat for sure. I’m glad these last two workouts were really good ones, I know a month ago I wouldn’t have been able to do either of them!

    This summer with Crossfit Moncton was great! I’m glad I got to meet so many new faces and some old ones as well. Best of luck to everyone doing it and keep up the progress! I’ll make a post of my times when I do them in that ‘globo gym’ they call the Pepsi Center.

    Gillyon and Dave, I’m wishing only good things for you. It’s easy to see that you make eachother happy. Congrats!

    Hey Wood maybe you should make up a Wedding WOD? wouldn’t have be a good idea!! And good luck with the new gym that’s hopefully coming soon and have fun with the new groups that are coming in! I don’t know about everyone else but meeting you and getting introduced to crossfit has been one of the more defining moments of my life, you’ve had a serious impact on my life and I thank you for that.

    I’m going to miss coming into the gym and always seeing a friendly and hard working group of people! That will be the one thing I’ll miss the most. Have a great year and I’ll try to make a stop in around Christmas!
