    Did some mobility then worked on squat cleans. Matched my PR of 120#
    Tried 125#… A lot. Failed. Moved to the hang to try from there but wasn’t getting under it

    Shoulder still feels a little wonky on bench press.

    Did the dips with non weight and had to break up the reps.
