Very frustrating. 51 seconds slower than last time. My new rope is not stretched out and was causing me a lot of problems. Lost a lot of time. The green rope I used after was too short … but I got it done. On the positive side, considering the time I lost, I know there’s a huge PR waiting for me when we do this again.

I found this one frustrating too. I was 16 seconds off my PR. This month has been strange for me. I feel as though I lost my heart. My push and drive just aren’t the same. Hoping next week things will turn around.
First time doing this WOD, happy with my result. The lunges were brutal at the end! After “Helen” and this WOD in about 20 hours, looking forward to a rest day tomorrow!
Last time I did this my time was 15:50 and my double unders were just starting to come along… The most I could do in a row was three at the time and I was able to get a PR of 8 in a row during the WOD. Now my PR for DUs is 31 and my cardio has made some huge leaps!
YAY for progress! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend 🙂
