    Tonight I’m feeling pretty sore from Tuesday’s Pull-ups and Deadlifts. I know that affected my overall performance but still happy with the WOD. (…I didn’t put the bar down!)

    Pretty happy about that. The last 30 squats was a sprint to finish and it hurt like hell. I don’t know why I struggled so much to keep the bar up. Cudos to Jeff for not putting it down.

  19. If the weather is bad in the morning, I will not be in at 6am. Somehow we are forgotten about here in rural Albert County till about noon when it comes to snow removal. Please don’t make me run for that. πŸ™‚
