With a partner:
AMRAP in 20 min
4×50’ Farmer Carry
10 Deadlifts

Using some heavy KBs, you’ll do the shuttle, then immediately perform 10 deadlifts with those same KBs. Then switch!

    4×50’ Farmer Carry
    10 Deadlifts

    Using some heavy KBs, you’ll do the shuttle, then immediately perform 10 deadlifts with those same KBs. Then switch!

    Partnered with Mario.
    Used 2x 80 lbs KB and did them all unbroken. Hands were hurting bad!!!
