    WOD: 6 rounds of:
    400 meter run
    25 burpees

    day 1 baddeck to cheticamp – 100km with 716m of climbing (4hr 16)

    day 2 cheticamp to ingonish – 119km with 1966m of climbing (the two major hills being french mtn that’s 6km long at a grade of 11%, and north mtn being 3km long at 13% grade) 95hr 49)

    day 3 ingonish to baddeck – 96km with 550m climbing (4hr 20)

    315km in 3 days, climbing 3232m up
    it was an awesome weekend! gorgeous weather and awesome views and riding!

    Kevin and I misunderstood and I though i have to stop at 25 min. So I did 5 rounds in 25:39 min and when I found out that people was still going, I did my last round. So I estimated that if I had continue, my time will have been between 28 and 31 min.

    Good job Elissa- Somehow it pay off not showing up at class and running with the med ball, you improve SO much!!

    Finished in 22:42 and felt like crap…but I feel good now.

    I did a PR but the form wasn’t perfect (I bent my arms)…..I will have to work on technique for those cleans!

    It was a tight race between me and Kevin until the last run where he just took off like a lightning bolt! Thanks for the push Kev!! Great job on the WOD today guys… very impressive times! I wasn’t missing working out at 6h30!
