    Laying down on the street resting my cheek on the pavement never felt so good before!
    Elba, thanks for motivating me to go. It was horrible but I’m glad I did it.

    Now I have to change my tires before I feel the pain tomorrow!

    Wow, focussed on the longest broad jump I could manage to get through this one. The palms of my hands I think will pay the most for this one….already bruised!! The oddest injuries ever come from CF!! Glad I didn’t beat my knees up though…it’s smirk and short season 🙂

    What fun! I wish I had been able to keep track of how many burpees this one was but too busy surviving to count! If you were too busy sleeping to join us you missed a great morning in the sunshine!

  7. Oh Ohhh, i think i must be getting the crossfit addiction as i seen this workout posted this morning and tried everything possible to be there. Got to be medication for that???

    completed the first tough mudder warm up work out today instead.
