    1 minute SDHP 75#
    1 minute Push Press 75#
    1 minute row for calories
    1 minute rest

    Total reps – 256

    Did not do the row in the first round. Display wouldn’t turn on when I went to set it up during break at push presses, worked when I turned it on during set up so I needed to get another rower down. Lost 10 reps for the row and a few push press reps, still a great workout.
