14.5. Thank god that’s over!
Time 32:14
Wanted to be in the 20’s but can’t be mad. I finished. Really wanted to quit in the 15’s but glad I didn’t. Only had 1 no rep and that’s because I puked in my mouth at the bottom of the squat… Yea, you all needed to know that haha gross
Overall, I’m happy I signed up for the open. Thanks to everyone who heckled me about it. I never would have pushed myself like this or been trying to get movements that I thought were unachievable for me. I may not have got that damn toes to bar, but I will. Soon.
Great job to everyone who competed and to those who didn’t, do it next year! You won’t regret it.

You did awesome Vanessa! I felt sick just watching this one!

100 “feeling guilty burpees” from home to be followed by 50 no show burpees next time I’m in π Didn’t remember registering for this morning’s class until later in the day, did the same thing last Saturday. Dislike!

Oh, and great job John! 20# PR x84 is frickin’ impressive! Pure determination!
For those 14.5 athletes who were under 20 min AND those who were over 40 min, what an amazing end to the Open! Such spirit, grit and perseverance.
Thanks to all of the trainers and especially to Kevin for pushing, challenging and supporting us week in and week out. You guys are the reason for our success in the Games, and in and out of the gym all year round.
Great job, love you guys!
