Two rounds for time of:
200 Double-unders
50 Overhead squats (135/95#)
50 Pull-ups
Run 1 mile

Options:
-Skipping will be decided upon by each person. How many can you manage? 50, 100, 150, 200? All singles? You decide.
-OHS and PU can be done as sets of 35 or 20.
-Running can be 800m.
-Oh, and a 45 min cap, so be on time (or even early!), because at 10 min into the class, the coach is pushing the start button whether you’re ready or not.

    Rowed my second mile and had 940 M remaining at the cap. Not a PR, but did DUs this time (singles last time).

    Thanks Shane for all of the encouragement on this one…we needed every ounce! Oh, and high point of the day is Gabe coming through the door with 1 second to spare on the time cap. What a guy!!

    I was 23 pullups into the second round at Time cap. Last time I only got to 40 OHS so PR!

    Man that was brutal. During the run, my mind actually started to drift to things I had to do at WORK! can you believe that shit… the Irony! 😀

    1. when I run i focus on thinking about my breathing due to the side stitching I often get, it helps me totally forget about anything else going on though so bonus! I can understand the thinking about work thing though as you don’t have to focus as much on your breathing 😉

    I tried this Rx last summer. Made it 400m in the last round. So happy to have finished it this time around. Crazy what a year can do.

    DU – sets of 50
    OHS – sets of 10
    PU – R1 – sets of 10 R2 – sets of 7
    Run – R1 – 8 min R2 – slower than 8 min 🙂

  10. Read this last night, and thought it wouldn’t be too bad… Then came to class and seen it was 2 rounds!!

    50 OHS (65 lbs)
    50 pull-ups (ring row)
    1 mile round

    Wasn’t going to finish the mile in the cap so did 800 m to finish.

    Was very brutal. Wanted to walk many times in the run cuz I had a stitch.

    Great job everyone, I was waiting for this one to come around as it doesn’t look terrible on paper but is a great workout.

    Note: Should have run the mile….next time.

    This was actually note as bad as expected. DU’s were the worst & OHS were best parts of this one for me.

    Did 1 round rx’d (24:57), apparently I never drank much water today part way through the ohs they started feeling heavier than they should have, Pullups were ok but the run was horrible, tons of walking and I was seeing spots….
    Lesson learner just like we track our wod’s, we should track our water intake especially on hit days. I was super busy at work and never even realized I hadn’t drank enough water.
