    It’s all in my head past 125#. F*%!

    5k run – 30:35. Without the wicked wind, I can do it sub 30 min.

    1. 5k Run 27:07, a better than 4 min PR. Also first time I can recall doing a 5k unbroken. Woohoo! Thanks to Dan for pacing. Kept me pushing through the first half. Great job Nick on your first time back to Crossfit. Sorry we kinda left you behind.
