  14. Did the wod but scaled it a lot for my shoulder and lack of gym… A bit disappointing because I managed to do this beast RX’d last year. Just wanted to get a workout in though, I’m not trying to break any records these days..

    28ish minutes +
    HRPU instead of HSPU
    regular pullups for both rounds. Although I didn’t intentionally scale the chest to bar pullups, I didn’t read the board correctly…..
