Burpees, 15 seconds

    Got 84 reps… My first time doing 95 # Thruster (when from 65# to 95#) and weight pullups.

    Super happy about the rx’d thrusters. Never was able to do 95 before!! 🙂

    Really happy with my burpees, getting stronger on the green band too. This was a nice workout! Great job everyone! Enjoy the sun!
