    1. On the WOD, took each round unbroken (ie 10 cleans + 10 push press, rest, 9 cleans + 9 push press…) until 4, then did 4 to finish all unbroken.

    3:47 rx Used hook grip and it felt great…I’m going to keep doing this. Next time i do this I shouldn’t put the bar down after 5-6…need to keep breaks short on the first few rounds.

    I’m pretty sure this WOD’s actual name is “I can’t feel my ARMS when I’m with you”.
    I may have had a little bit of “buyer’s remorse” with using 55#, but I lived to tell the tale😜
    Other than that, it was a really wonderful class. I got to dance with a beautiful baby, my little man Zac. An old familiar face came back after a long absence and made my day. Welcome back, Tara Ruest!! Shane was there and he’s such a great coach and motivator. I got to work out with my son, Will.

    It was a great day!
    I also got 100 burpees done earlier at the 11am Open gym. AND I rucked 7.6km towards my 15 day/50 mile Resolution Ruck.
