  10. 1300m at the cap. I’m so disappointed… I was on track to finish well under the cap and got a massive stitch in my side on the first run and had to walk most of it. this is the third workout with running that I’ve had to walk so much… my water intake is down apparently.

  16. Fist 100 burpees I stuck to my plan = 10mins.
    First run 9mins.
    50 Burpees to hell with the plan = sub 4 mins
    Last run, sped up the whole way but couldn’t catch that rabbit!

    Could have been a little quicker the first round and mile but hey, next time!
