    I I braught a coworker for the fun to 7pm.. She struggled with form so I only got her to do reps of 5, and I did a good chunk of the reps.. 35 – 28 – 20 – 15 – 5.. Also, I did step ups, because weird ankles.. 🤷‍♀️
    She enjoyed the workout!
