    Tried to keep a steady pace on each round, hit ~47 seconds per round total. Final round. sprinted the thrusters and finished in 39 seconds.

    I didn’t know I was supposed to keep track of my rounds..
    My DU’s were all done in around 18 seconds.
    The thrusters took me longer but I did them unbroken and I tried to make sure I had around a minute rest after each set. 4th round of thrusters was ugly.

  7. screw the workout….I did 63 du’s in the warm up!!!! Until my rope hit my stupid foam roller….so happy:) pr by 20 du’s

    each round took me around a minute but I went unbroken on all my doubles except the last round…i tripped up at 30 blah…
    But for some reason I felt relaxed today doing doubles…I have no idea why…

  15. Thruster – 55/65/75/85/95 (Could have done slightly heavier but being a tiny bit conservative because of my back)

    WOD @ 65# – 0:55/0:57/0:59/0:55/0:58. I did singles with DU attempts worked in.
