    Very slow but this was the 4th day in a row and my legs had enough! It was great to be outside and also at a new location. We should mix it up more often!

    It was a great feeling for me to do this wod because 2 years ago when I came to check out this Crossfit stuff, I just watched. It’s been a lot of fun and a lot of challenging WOD”s. Congrats Crossfit Moncton!!!!!

    It was nice to workout back at the park!! I got some flashback of that summer!! Gill and I doing jumping in the ‘mini’ park! lol!! Can’t believe it’s been 2 years already!!
