    13:23-16:39 = 3:16 (struggled with the doubles here)

    Total time: 20:50
    Was pretty consistent with single/double/single/double throughout the workout, except the 5th set.
    Pace for rowing was approx 2:19 for all rounds except the last (got it down to 2:10). Felt like barfing after.
