Stayed steady on all movements, smaller chunks on the thrusters and front squats to give the shoulder a break. Legs tightened up fast though and made everything harder than it should have been…

Kept under 2:30 pace for first 400 of 600m,so decided to go for 600 (as per Kevin)… Fell apart after that. Couldn’t consistently stay under 2:30 pace for 2nd and 3rd rounds of rowing so did 400m.
