  5. Hadn’t been at a class for a bit as we were busy with lots of competition in the last week.

    Feeling fresh decide to do this almost Rx… that quickly changed.

    First round did as written, then scaled n second round to #25 plate for lunges, 20” box jump. Kept WB & HSPU the same.

    1. Oh ya, almost ate the box after round 1 of lunges… my legs didn’t want to work , very weird feeling!!

    Way to go to everyone who tackles this today!! It was my very first time doing it.
    The lunges were the worst part for me. My left leg is still weaker than the right and I find it really difficult to get up from a lunge position. There were a couple of tears in the 2rd round when I couldn’t push up from the floor. The will is strong but the flesh is weak 😛

    — got more annoying over time
    — a bit silly really
    — mildly mischievous and deceptive

  12. Lunges with 25#, and hand release pushups

    3 rounds + 20 box jumps. It’s a decent PR from last year although today I did pushups instead of HSPU because of my shoulder… Happy with that considering I’m nursing a hurt shoulder and pulled hamstring….and almost a month of no gym and bad diet. Between my hamstring and my shoulder I had a hell of a time getting the med ball over the orange line today.

    I’m back on the wagon now and I’m so happy for it. I’ve apologized profusely to my body for doing that but it’s SO mad at me right now. lol

    100 ft. overhead lunges with 25# plate – Oh my shoulders!! These were the worst
    30 Box Jumps @ 20″ – Jumped up & stepped down at a steady pace. First jumps after lunges are wobbly.
    20 Wall Balls, 14# @ 10′ – Each set was 10/5/5
    10 HSPU with Ab Mat
    3 Rounds + 16 Wall Balls

    I’ll take it. 14 rep PR and last year had the ab mat + 10# plate for HSPU

    This one scared me a bit going in, but I really liked it.
