Regarding that lovely picture… Who thought that 200m sprints could leave you flat out on the floor for so long? Almost met pukie again on that morning.

The lunges were the worst part for me. My left leg is still weaker than the right and I find it really difficult to get up from a lunge position. There were a couple of tears in the 2rd round when I couldn’t push up from the floor. The will is strong but the flesh is weak π

3 rounds + 20 box jumps. It’s a decent PR from last year although today I did pushups instead of HSPU because of my shoulder… Happy with that considering I’m nursing a hurt shoulder and pulled hamstring….and almost a month of no gym and bad diet. Between my hamstring and my shoulder I had a hell of a time getting the med ball over the orange line today.
I’m back on the wagon now and I’m so happy for it. I’ve apologized profusely to my body for doing that but it’s SO mad at me right now. lol
