The big rounds of kettlebells may need to be broken up. Be smart about it.
Situps – just go. Pick a pace and stick with it. Use an Abmat for extra burning.
Don’t have doubles? You get to do singles x2. This will probably take a big chunk of your time. Stay relaxed, because being frustrated certainly doesn’t make skipping any easier.

    DU’s were not going well. Round of 60, did 10 then 100 singles/Round of 40 did 80 singles.
