25 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
25 Sumo Deadlift Highpull 75/55
25 Box Jumps 24″20
25 Push Press 75/55
25 Burpees

*Rest 1 minute after each round

  1. Sad I couldn’t try this one out I did open gym instead

    50 burpees
    50 clean and jerks (135#)
    50 box jumps (24′)
    50 kbs 53#
    50 sit ups
    50 pull-ups ( only 10 pull ups. Rest ring rows )

    Took me about 37 minutes to do this.

    25 Burpees > Only able to finish 10 in 2nd round and 20 in 3rd round before cap

    Total reps : 345

    Shoulders are really sore after this one
