Sad I couldn’t try this one out I did open gym instead
50 burpees
50 clean and jerks (135#)
50 box jumps (24′)
50 kbs 53#
50 sit ups
50 pull-ups ( only 10 pull ups. Rest ring rows )
Took me about 37 minutes to do this.
