    When I got home I weighed myself and came in at 176lbs. I havent touched the bench press for almost 3 years and kept mostly at the 135lbs mark. CrossFit you did it again. Next challenge is the Santa Shuffle 5k race on Dec 3rd and see if I can shave off some more seconds from my Legs for Literacy time.

    1. The Westmorland Co. Agricultural Annual meeting in Petitcodiac is cancelled as well, which means it’s a doozy.

  5. And the gym ran out of propane this morning, so it’s 3 degrees in the gym right now. They can’t fill the tanks until tonight.

    Not sure about my time after the 25 min run, I was pretty much death :)!! I don’t like running LOL!!

    I have never done that many push-ups in one time. I was making good time until the final 50-60. I am just glad I made myself finish.
