    The natural strength gain by doing crossfit is mind boggling. In Nov I finished with 180lbs only twice, now finishing off with almost the same weight more times and after a lot more reps.

  7. Did regular strength instead of bench today because my shoulder doesn’t like to do movements that require a push away action (like pushups, bench press ect).

    2nd set of 75 was far better once Kevin explained the proper breathing. Might have been able to do more weight, but was happy to accomplish that for today.

    I should have known better that to participate in this, when I had the choice not to. However, after seeing some of you being treated to burpees, I’ll take the push ups.
