The natural strength gain by doing crossfit is mind boggling. In Nov I finished with 180lbs only twice, now finishing off with almost the same weight more times and after a lot more reps.

Did regular strength instead of bench today because my shoulder doesn’t like to do movements that require a push away action (like pushups, bench press ect).
